Using our calendar, schedule workouts to suit you. Want to work out on a Monday after work? No problem. Schedule in the times best suited to you and your buddy will remind you via the app of up and coming workouts. It’s just like having a real personal trainer holding you accountable to turn up to workouts…

3. Workout

We provide a range of workouts developed by personal trainers and fitness professionals perfect for all abilities and fitness goals. Want to lose weight? We’ve got workouts for it. Want to gain muscle? We’ve got a workout. Are you a girl looking to tone your legs and butt? No problem, we’ve got you covered.

Plug in your headphones and let your trainer walk you through the workout. They’ll keep you motivated, push you and give you pointers to improve. Our animations will also advise you on how to perform each exercise.

From 7 minute workouts to 30 minute intense sessions, there’s a workout for everyone.

NEW: Sync to iTunes and listen to music at the same time. Unlike other fitness apps, listening to just your trainer can be boring. Therefore we give you options for two audios which work in sync. Listen to your favourite music direct from iTunes whilst you still get trained by your ‘Buddy’.

Our technology will balance both audios too, so when your trainer speaks your music becomes quieter. When your trainer doesn’t speak, the music will return to full volume to help you stay motivated.

Target any area of your body: Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs, Legs, Butt, Back, Core. Our workouts will improve your fitness levels but also increase strength.
